If something goes wrong

Login does not work because your UAN is not active
Activate your UAN first. The home page has an Activate UAN card with an "Activate Now" button.
Login says your UAN or password is wrong
Check that you typed both carefully. For help, call EPFO on 14470 or the passbook help desk on 1800118005.
Someone calls asking for your password
Never share it, or a one-time password sent to your phone. The passbook page says EPFO never calls members to deposit money, and tells you not to share personal details on calls.
The page does not open or looks fake
Start from the EPFO website and use its "View Now" button, not a link sent to you in a message.
