Where to find it
If something goes wrong
Never share your OTP or password with anyone who asks
No official office, bank or helpline will ask for your one-time password (OTP), password or PIN by phone, SMS or chat. Type your details only on the official website, and hang up on anyone who asks for them.
I am not sure I am on the real DigiLocker site
Type the address from step 1 into your browser yourself and start from there. Enter your details only on that official website.
Login does not work
Refresh the page and try again. If it still fails, click Support/Feedback on the home page. The page that opens shows a helpdesk email and a sign-in option for raising queries.
I cannot find my document
Check that you are looking in the right category, such as "Identity Documents" or "Education and Learning". The office or board that gives you a document must offer it on DigiLocker.
