If something goes wrong

I emailed my complaint. Will anyone reply?
No. The portal says emailed complaints are not attended to. Use Lodge Public Grievance on the portal instead.
Other way: file from my phone with the Mobile App
1. Open Mobile App in the portal menu, or look for the government's online complaint portal in the UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) app. 2. Register or log in. 3. Lodge your complaint. The app screens are not confirmed on the official page.
Can I complain about a matter already in court?
No. The portal does not take up a matter already in court, or RTI (Right to Information) matters. For RTI, see our guide 'File a request for information'.
Someone asks me for my OTP (One-Time Password) or password
Never share an OTP or password with anyone who calls or messages you. The portal does not ask for them by phone.
