Pick your state from the Select State Name dropdown on the official page.
    Open this page
  3. Read Beware of Fraudulent Websites and Apps

If something goes wrong

What if a web link from a stranger mentions an eChallan?
Don't open the link. A message from a stranger may lead to a copy of the real site. Find eChallan under Online Services on Parivahan.gov.in.
Someone asks for my OTP or password. What should I do?
Keep your OTP (One-Time Password) and password private. This is true even if a caller or sender sounds sure.
Can an app charge me to renew my licence?
Don't install it and don't pay. If you already installed an unknown app, you can remove it.
A site asks you to install an app to clear an eChallan?
Don't download or install it. An APK is an app file sent outside the app store. Type the official address yourself instead.
