Steps

  1. Open Pensioner Login
    On the Jeevan Pramaan home page, choose "Pensioner Login". The sign-in form opens.
    Open this page
  2. Enter your Pramaan ID
    Type your Pramaan ID in the field labelled "Pramaan ID".
  3. Type the picture's letters or numbers
    Copy the letters or numbers shown in the picture into the field labelled "Enter the Captcha code exactly as it appears:".
  4. Choose Generate OTP
    Choose "Generate OTP (One-Time Password)" to get a one-time code for signing in.
  5. Sign in with the one-time code
    Type the one-time code you receive, and you are signed in.
  6. Download your certificate PDF
    This screen is behind the login, so we could not read it on an official page. Follow what the screen shows.
  7. After the last step
    Keep the downloaded PDF for your records.
    Check your certificate to see whether it was accepted or rejected.
    The bank or office that pays your pension can see your certificate electronically.
    You don't need to give the bank or office a paper copy.

If something goes wrong

Never share your OTP or password with anyone who asks
No official office, bank or helpline will ask for your OTP, password or PIN by phone, SMS or chat. Type your details only on the official website, and hang up on anyone who asks for them.
Are the letters or numbers shown in the picture hard to read?
Choose "Not readable? Change text." to get a new picture. Then type the new letters or numbers shown in the picture.
Downloaded software instead of your certificate?
The "Download" menu on the home page has software for making certificates. To get your certificate PDF, use "Pensioner Login" instead.
Not sure if your certificate was accepted?
Download the certificate from the Jeevan Pramaan website. The downloaded copy shows its status.
