Where to find it
If something goes wrong
Never share your OTP (One-Time Password) or password with anyone who asks
No official office, bank or helpline will ask for your OTP, password or PIN by phone, SMS or chat. Type your details only on the official website, and hang up on anyone who asks for them.
Why can I not see the option to send my request?
The home page says it turns on only when the rating is Poor. Check that you gave your finished complaint a Poor rating.
What if more than 30 days have passed?
The FAQ sets a 30-day limit. The official page does not cover a late request to look at your finished complaint again, so see Contact Us.
Can I reopen the finished complaint?
No, says the FAQ. Lodge a fresh complaint that mentions the finished one, using Lodge Public Grievance.
